What lifetime, timed and Elite access mean, where to see your days left, and how renewing works.

Step by step
Lifetime packs
A lifetime Lead Focus or Sales Pack key opens that pack for good. You also get 12 months of updates; after that, everything you already have keeps working.
Timed access (1, 3, 6 or 12 months)
Some keys open the library for a set time. Your library shows Access ends with the date and days left. When the time is up the library closes until you renew.
Elite access
Elite is yearly. It includes every pack, every update, and Elite-only extras added during the year that lifetime packs don't get. You'll see them under Elite extras in your library.
Reminders before it ends
We email you 30 days and 7 days before timed or Elite access ends, and on the day. The library shows a countdown too.
Renewing
Press Renew access in your library (or use the link in the reminder email). Your key stays the same, and everything picks up where you left off.
Troubleshooting: questions and answers
Do I lose my downloads when access ends?
Files you've already downloaded are yours to keep using. The library, new updates and the online tools close until you renew.
