1. Who we are

leadstoolpack is run by [Company name], a company registered in England and Wales (company number [company number]), registered office [registered address]. In these terms "we", "us" and "leadstoolpack" mean that company, and "you" means the person or business buying or using what we offer.

Contact: [email protected]. We aim to reply within one working day.

2. What these terms cover

These terms cover the website at www.leadstoolpack.com, the products we sell (Lead Focus, the Sales Pack, and both together), your customer library, the free tools, and the news, blog and guides. Audience Atlas at atlas.leadstoolpack.com has its own terms. How we handle your personal information is in our privacy notice.

By buying or using any of these, you agree to these terms. If you are buying for a business, you confirm you can agree to them on its behalf.

3. Buying

4. Your licence

When you buy, we give you a licence to use what you bought. You do not buy the files themselves.

5. Updates and your library

6. Refunds

14 days, no reason needed. Email us from the address you bought with, within 14 days of buying, and we will refund you in full. When a purchase is refunded (or charged back), its licence and library access end, and you must delete the files you downloaded.

If you are a consumer, you also have rights under the law, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if what you bought is faulty or not as described. Nothing in these terms takes those rights away.

7. AI output, results and your responsibilities

8. Free tools, news, blog and guides

The free calculators and checkers run in your browser and are for planning only: their figures are estimates. The news, blog and guides are written with the help of AI and checked before they go live. They are general information, and news posts credit and link their sources. Links to other websites are for convenience; we are not responsible for those sites.

9. Using the site properly

Please do not: try to get into parts of the site or library you are not allowed into, get around download, device or sign-in limits, copy the library in bulk with scripts, interfere with how the site works, or use the contact form to send spam. We may suspend access for anyone who does.

10. Who owns what

We (or the people we license from) own the skills, prompts, packs, templates, the website and our brand. Your licence (section 4) is the only right we give you in them. You own what you put into Claude and what you make with our products.

Claude is a trademark of Anthropic PBC. Google Ads and Google Analytics are trademarks of Google LLC. Meta is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. Other names belong to their owners.

11. Our responsibility to you

12. Ending a licence

You can stop using our products at any time. We may end or suspend a licence if you seriously break these terms (for example, by sharing your licence or reselling the files), if a payment is reversed, or for fraud. If we end a licence for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund you in proportion to the remaining value, or in full within 14 days of purchase.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the law or our products change. The version on this page when you buy applies to that purchase. If a change affects you significantly, we will tell you by email first.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can deal with any dispute. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts. If something goes wrong, please email us first: most problems are fixed quickly that way.
