Which Lead Focus skill to run first, what to give Claude, and how to get a useful answer the first time.

Step by step

Run the Funnel Leak Finder first
Start a new chat in Claude with the skill switched on and say: Find the leak in my funnel. Paste your ad numbers, landing page link and lead numbers if you have them. It tells you which stage is costing you the most leads.
Open the skill it points you to
Each answer names the next skill to run (ads, landing page, follow-up or tracking). Run that one in the same chat so it keeps the context.
Give it real numbers
Skills work best with last month's spend, clicks, leads and sales. Rough numbers are fine; say they're rough.
Use the Tracking Inspector
If the skill says your tracking is the problem, open the Tracking Inspector from your library. Drag it to your bookmarks bar, open your site, click it, and it checks GA4, Google Ads, Meta and Consent Mode with the fix for each.
